GSK seeks a senior individual contributor to identify high‑value AI opportunities across Global Functions and to shape funding and prototyping efforts. You will partner with engineers and business leaders, define problem statements, and drive AI engagements end‑to‑end within HR, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Finance, and Corporate Communications.

You will size opportunities, build business cases, and ensure alignment with executive leadership while navigating regulatory and financial

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/AI product strategy or related tech roles.
• Experience taking AI initiatives from framing to funding and delivery.
• Experience with Global Function processes (HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement).
• Hands-on with modern AI/ML concepts and prototyping.
• Experience partnering with senior functional leaders to fund measurable AI programs.
