Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a senior, hands-on Enterprise AI leader to identify high-value AI opportunities across Global Financial Services and Procurement, shape forward-looking engagements, and collaborate with finance and procurement executives to drive measurable value.

You will prototype, size opportunities, and guide engineers to land scalable AI solutions that strengthen financial controls and enable strategic outcomes. This role requires deep domain expertise and executive collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience across pharma/life sciences, AI/ML product strategy, and product management or strategy roles in technology-led organizations.
• Hands-on work with modern AI/ML concepts including LLMs, agentic systems, and digital workers, demonstrated through prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for high-value AI opportunities across Global Financial Services and Procurement and develop a global portfolio of AI products ranked by impact, feasibility, and time-to-value.
• Quantify value with business cases for finance and executive sponsors.
• Shape engagements end-to-end, defining scope, success criteria, and scaling pathways.
• Communicate impact to ELT and the board in business outcomes terms.
