Job summary

GSK is accelerating enterprise AI to transform HR operations globally, from onboarding and data management to payroll inputs and offboarding. This senior individual contributor role focuses on identifying high-impact AI opportunities, prototyping solutions, and shaping what engineers build, with executive alignment and measurable value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML product strategy and execution in tech-enabled environments.
• Direct involvement in HR Operations processes (onboarding, dataMgmt, service delivery, payroll inputs, leave, offboarding).
• Hands-on with AI concepts (LLMs, agentic systems, digital workers) and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Build business cases with finance and sponsors to prove value.
• Shape engagements end-to-end with clear scope and success criteria.
• Define reuse and platform leverage for scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance within HR AI deployments.
