• 15+ years of experience across pharma/AI product strategy and tech-led roles.
• Track record of taking at least one AI initiative from framing to delivery.
• Hands-on experience with HR Operations processes.
• Proficient with modern AI/ML concepts, prototyping, and evaluation.
• Independent contributor with frameworks to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across HR lifecycle and build a global portfolio.
• Develop business cases with finance and executives to secure sponsorship.
• Define end-to-end engagement scope, success criteria, and measurements.
• Partner with HR leaders to translate priorities into funded AI programs.
