GSK's Enterprise AI team seeks a senior individual contributor to identify high‑value AI opportunities across Global Functions, shape funding cases, prototype hands‑on solutions, and guide engineers without direct reporting lines. You will partner with engineering leads to scope engagements end‑to‑end and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/AI product strategy or related fields.
• Proven track record taking AI initiatives from framing to funding and delivery.
• Experience with Global Functions like Legal, HR, Finance, or Procurement.
• Hands-on with modern AI/ML concepts including LLMs and digital workers.
• Independent contributor with influence over engineering and business teams.
• Background in product strategy including opportunity sizing and roadmapping.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across Global Functions.
• Build business cases and defend them to finance and BU leadership.
• Prototype hands-on solutions and align engineers to measurable outcomes.
• Define scope, success metrics, and scaling pathways for engagements.
• Design human-digital split and governance for compliant AI deployments.
• Collaborate with senior functional leaders to fund and land AI programs.
