Job summary

AWS Product Acceleration (PA) seeks a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead product-strategy engagements with CPOs and leaders in GovTech and EdTech software. You will translate customer roadmap challenges into AWS-powered plans and drive AI adoption across product development organizations.

You will build credibility with executives, manage cross-functional programs, and push initiatives from idea to working prototypes, ensuring momentum and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.
• Experience in customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead product-strategy engagements with Chief Product Officers (CPOs) and product leaders of GovTech and EdTech software companies.
• Translate customer roadmap challenges into actionable, AWS-powered plans and drive change management for AI adoption.
• Create and qualify opportunities that drive mutual growth through product innovation.
• Synthesize market and technology trends into digestible insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline momentum by aligning with account teams and prioritizing key risks.
