Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join its AI R&D team. You will define strategy for the AI Platform, drive end-to-end product development, and coordinate with data science, engineering, and finance to deliver scalable AI solutions.

The role emphasizes leading cross-functional efforts, managing complex programs, and delivering business-impacting AI capabilities in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years' experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience such as PhD and 4+ years or MS+7 years.
• 3+ years of product management experience in AI or similar fields.
• 3+ years of experience in a cross-functional role.
• 2+ years of experience working with AI infrastructure.
• Healthcare experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap and product requirements for our AI Platform and solutions.
• Drive executive decision making for new investments, including competitive analysis, program goals and business requirements, architectural concepts, risk management, financial analysis, schedule and strategy.
• Coordinate with Data Science, Engineering, finance, legal and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
• Drive technical projects from requirements including managing complex project schedules and removing roadblocks.
• Identify and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive gaps, translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Develop and maintain a high level of technical proficiency in AI.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity.
• Work with operations teams and drive adoption across the portfolio.
