Cotiviti seeks a Principal AI Engineer to lead architecture for a cutting-edge agentic framework and centralized AI platform. You will own the end-to-end technical stack from clinical NLP to production routing, enabling scalable, auditable decisions in a CMS-regulated environment.

You will guide a cross-functional team, mentor engineers, and ensure platform reliability, security, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with data scientists, MLOps, data engineers, and product teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, incl. AI/ML platforms or infrastructure.
• Experience in building large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Hands-on with agentic AI frameworks and container orchestration.
• Cloud experience across AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable agentic solutions for diverse use cases.
• Lead architecture for a centralized AI platform with unified APIs.
• Mentor engineers and drive the AI platform roadmap.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across SDLC.
• Optimize AI workloads across compute and storage in cloud-native setups.
• Perform capacity planning and performance analysis.
