Cotiviti is seeking an AI Product Manager to join the AI R&D team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI technologies. The role emphasizes owning the product roadmap, collaborating with engineers, scientists, doctors, nurses, and executives, and delivering high-value AI solutions at scale.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle, evangelize AI adoption, and align business value with technical execution while working with global teams and remote operations.

Formación

• 7+ years of technical product management experience.
• Data driven product manager with concise requirements and measurable success criteria.
• Effective communication, smart trade-offs, data driven and disciplined scheduling.
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and managing timelines without direct authority.
• Experience translating technical concepts for non-technical and technical audiences.
• Passion for collaboration and AI-driven value creation.

Responsabilidades

• Empathize with lines of business to define problems and objectives.
• Create product vision and strategy from customer needs.
• Own AI product roadmap and prioritize MVP features.
• Lead lifecycle of AI products with engineers, scientists, and stakeholders.
• Use data to inform decisions and test assumptions; drive adoption of AI products.
• Communicate roadmap and capabilities to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to assess value and risks of ML/AI solutions.
• Support production deployment and monitor model performance.
