Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Manager, Engineering- AI to lead our data engineering team. You will shape IT architecture and data strategies, applying AI innovations while delivering solid software development in an Agile environment.

You will mentor staff, manage stakeholders, and partner with Architecture and Product teams to advance data products, information governance, and data literacy across Cotiviti. Remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years data engineering/IT/PM experience, including 2 years in management.
• 2+ years leading small to mid-size projects with PM methodologies.
• 4+ years with data sets, Hadoop, Spark and ETL tools (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake).
• 2+ years AI engineering concepts/tools (RAG, Prompt Engineering, Langchain).
• Familiarity with ML Ops/LLM Ops and tools like Datarobot.
• 2+ years hands-on software development and database management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering architecture leveraging AI to align with objectives.
• Drive templates and patterns for modern data pipelines on prem and in cloud.
• Partner with Architecture and Product teams to advance data products.
• Mentor staff, manage performance, and coach for development.
• Manage internal stakeholders and client communications as needed.
• Ensure HIPAA/compliance alignment in information systems and security.
