Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking an experienced Manager, Engineering - AI to lead a data engineering team and shape IT architecture aligned with business goals. You will drive AI-enabled data pipelines, mentor staff, and manage cross-functional collaboration across architecture and product teams.

The role emphasizes building scalable data platforms, governance, and staying current with AI trends to improve efficiency and outcomes. Remote work is supported with a focus on delivery and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of total data engineering/IT/Project Management experience, including 2+ years in management.
• 2+ years leading small to mid-size projects using PM methodologies and artifacts.
• 4+ years with data sets, Hadoop, Spark and/or data integration/ETL tools (Databricks, AWS, Snowflake).
• 2+ years experience with AI engineering concepts and tools like RAG, Prompt Engineering, Langchain, LangGraph.
• Familiarity with ML Ops and LLM Ops tools like DataRobot.
• 2+ years hands-on software development and database management.

Responsibilities

• Understand Cotiviti across organizational boundaries and align IT architecture with business needs.
• Lead data engineering architecture leveraging AI to meet objectives.
• Develop templates and patterns for modern data pipelines across on-prem and cloud.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Product teams on data product strategy and governance.
