Job summary

Humana seeks a hands-on Senior Product Manager to design, prototype, and scale AI solutions across the business. You will own an AI product within our AI portfolio, and collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to turn enterprise challenges into measurable value.

From discovery through delivery, you will write requirements, build prototypes, run evaluations, and guide the product to production while navigating Humana’s Enterprise AI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of product or related experience, including 3+ years in product management, with hands-on experience building or shipping AI/ML or GenAI products.
• You use AI tools regularly and prototype your own ideas.
• Evaluation experience: built or run evals, including golden sets, ground truth, and accuracy-, precision-, recall-based metrics.
• AI knowledge: understanding of modern AI/ML and GenAI: LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt/harness engineering, and evaluation methodology.
• Communication across domains: ability to move between business and technical language and build a basic business case.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery, definition, and delivery of an AI product or capability; write the PRD and drive it from concept to launch.
• Work with business partners to map operations and turn real problems into AI use cases with clear value.
• Build working prototypes and demos with AI tools to test feasibility and value.
• Turn validated use cases into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineers and data scientists.
• Drive the build from prototype to production and manage the backlog and tradeoffs.
• Define metrics and evaluation strategies to measure impact and guide decisions.
