Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive the design, prototyping, and scaling of AI solutions across the enterprise. You will lead a complex AI portfolio, partner with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, and shepherd projects from prototyping to production through Humana's governance framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or related roles, incl. 4+ years in PM with AI/GenAI shipped to production.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience; ability to prototype ideas.
• Experience building evals with golden sets, ground truth, and metrics.
• Experience in enterprise AI governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex AI product area.
• Map operations end to end and translate business problems into AI use cases.
• Build working prototypes using agentic coding and AI tools to test feasibility.
• Turn use cases into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
• Drive prototype-to-production delivery and manage backlog.
• Define evaluation metrics and readouts to inform launches.
• Support architecture discussions and AI harness components.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Adhere to Humana's enterprise AI governance stage gates.
• Communicate strategy and ROI to executives; mentor PMs.
• Stay current with model advances and GraphRAG approaches.
