Job summary

Humana seeks a hands-on Lead Product Manager to shape AI-driven solutions across our enterprise. You will work with engineers, designers, data scientists and business stakeholders to move from problem discovery to prototyping, validating value, and delivering within Humana's governance framework.

You will own strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, building working demos with agentic coding using Claude Code, Cursor, and OpenAI Codex, guiding cross-functional teams to production in a hybrid

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product experience, including 4+ years in AI/GenAI products
• Hands-on AI tooling and prototyping experience
• Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases with ROI
• Experience with evals, golden sets, and ground truth metrics
• Strong systems thinking and enterprise problem-solving
• Excellent cross-functional communication across domains

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for a complex AI product area
• Partner with business units to map operations and create AI use cases
• Build working prototypes and demos using AI tools
• Turn validated use cases into clear requirements and acceptance criteria
• Drive prototype-to-production delivery and manage backlogs
• Define quality metrics and evaluation workflows for AI solutions
• Support architecture discussions and AI harness components
• Lead and mentor product teams across engineering, data science, and design
• Navigate Humana's AI governance processes and ensure compliant delivery
• Communicate ROI, requirements, and results to executives and technical stakeholders
• Stay current with AI model trends and enterprise AI methodologies
