Job summary

Humana Inc. in New York seeks a hands-on Senior Product Manager to design, prototype, and scale AI solutions across the enterprise. You will own an AI product or major capability and drive it from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and ensuring governance and measurable value.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in product or related roles, including 3+ years in product management, with hands-on AI/ML or GenAI product experience.
• You use AI tools regularly and prototype your own ideas.
• Evaluation experience: built or run evals with metrics like accuracy, precision, recall to inform product decisions.
• AI knowledge: working understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own the discovery, definition, and delivery of an AI product or capability. Write PRD, define north-star vision, drive from concept to launch.
• Work with business partners to map end-to-end service and turn problems into scoped AI use cases with value.
• Build working prototypes and demos using AI tools to test feasibility and value.
• Turn validated use cases into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
