Job summary

Humana seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead a portfolio of AI products, defining strategy and delivering value in an AI-first enterprise. You will prototype solutions, validate impact, and guide governance through Humana's AI program.

You will lead engineers, data scientists, designers, PMs, and business leaders through influence and collaboration. You will own portfolio strategy, map business challenges to AI use cases, build prototypes with agentic tools, and shape end-to-end user

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or related experience in AI/ML or GenAI shipped to production.
• Portfolio-level impact: strategic delivery across multiple products with executive visibility.
• Hands-on building with AI tools and prototypes; understand model trade-offs.
• Evaluation expertise with goldens, offline/live evals and metrics.
• Systems thinking and reusable infrastructure across organization.
• Strong communication bridging business and technical audiences.
• AI knowledge across LLMs, agents, RAG and evals.
• First principles thinking and quick decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and strategy for a portfolio of AI products and capabilities.
• Partner with business-unit and enterprise leaders to map operations end to end and identify AI use cases.
• Build working prototypes and demos to prove feasibility and value before full-scale development.
• Turn validated use cases into actionable requirements and user experiences with design.
• Drive the build from prototype to production, managing scope and momentum.
• Define quality metrics, evaluation frameworks, and governance scorecards.
