Job summary

Mitratech Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for AI to own a significant part of our AI program.

You will drive concept-to-production work across the AI fabric and customer-facing experiences, partnering with engineering, design, and other product leaders. You should bring 7+ years in product management, a track record of shipping AI/ML or platform products to general availability on committed timelines, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML or technically deep platform products.
Proven track record of shipping complex products to GA on committed timelines.
Ability to own ambiguous, cross-cutting problems independently and drive them to shipped outcomes.
Working fluency with generative AI and large language model concepts.
Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, and product.
Enterprise B2B SaaS experience in regulated functions.

Responsibilities

Own a meaningful area of Mitratech's AI program end to end, from strategy to production.
Turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and shipped outcomes on deadlines.
Partner with engineering on an AI-dense platform to convert discovery into scope.
Translate customer feedback into a prioritized product roadmap.
Keep solutions coherent and reusable across the shared AI platform.
Represent the product with senior stakeholders and customers.
