McGraw Hill is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead crossfunctional engineering teams within the Enterprise domain, driving AI-powered, scalable solutions across our global digital ecosystem.

You will own the product lifecycle from planning through execution, partner with data science and software engineering, define metrics, and align stakeholders to deliver secure, high-impact capabilities while maintaining ethical AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in highly technical product management.
• Strong technical acumen enabling partnership with engineering and data science teams.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, databases, and infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI and data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment tools.
• Proven ability to influence across organizational levels and diverse teams.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Skilled in defining, tracking, and interpreting AI model/product metrics (accuracy, ROI).
• Commitment to ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle within the enterprise team from planning through execution and optimization.
• Lead solution design and architecture discussions for scalable enterprise and AI capabilities.
• Align and triage with engineering development, testing, and deployment.
• Own prioritization and scope alignment for delivery execution with stakeholders.
• Define and track key product success metrics using data and feedback.
• Build trusted relationships across enterprise, business, and customer-facing teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and leadership to define product plans and manage resources.
• Build domain expertise to manage dependencies and drive data-driven solutions.
• May have direct reports and manage performance and expenses.
