Job summary

Mitratech is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Generative AI to architect and deliver production-grade AI solutions. The role focuses on agentic systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI evaluations, with emphasis on scalable and secure AWS-based infrastructure.

The successful candidate will design end-to-end AI pipelines, implement robust orchestration, and drive testing/validation across models and agents to ensure high-quality outputs in business-critical contexts.

Qualifications

• Production experience designing multi-agent systems with tool use, memory/state management, and fault-tolerant routing.
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end: chunking, embedding models, vector databases, retrieval tuning, and answer synthesis at production scale.
• Experience evaluating LLMs and GenAI services for cost, performance, and privacy dimensions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows and tool-enabled agents with orchestration logic and state management.
• Architect end-to-end RAG systems for document ingestion, embedding, vector retrieval, and answer synthesis.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI services across cost, performance, and privacy considerations.
• Develop prompting strategies, automate prompt testing and regression tracking.
• Define evaluation frameworks for generative outputs and monitor model drift and hallucinations.
• Build scalable, secure AI infrastructure on AWS and manage CI/CD for models and agents.
