Job summary

Optomi seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead discovery, strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered solutions on an enterprise AI platform. This role blends traditional product management with AI prototyping, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise AI innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Proven ownership of stakeholder-facing products.
• Strong product discovery and customer research background.
• Experience defining KPIs, OKRs, and adoption metrics.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions.
• Knowledge of LLMs, agents, RAG, or AI workflows.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong communication and business translation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AI product initiatives from discovery through adoption.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and user research.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Establish and track KPIs and OKRs.
• Build prototypes, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts using AI technologies.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive enterprise adoption of the platform.
• Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend investment opportunities.
