Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development
• Experience adopting AI-assisted engineering tools
• Strong command of modern languages and REST API design
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS)
• Familiarity with AI orchestration/agent-harness frameworks (MiSop a plus)

Responsibilities

• Create code that meets design specifications and is maintainable
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to increase velocity and quality
• Manage context/agent-harness to ensure reliable AI outputs
• Collaborate with teams to meet project requirements
• Perform unit, automation and peer testing
• Document work thoroughly
• Mentor others in responsible AI tool use
• Lead or co-lead projects and design efforts
• Propose refactoring and tool improvements
