Job summary

Mitratech Holdings, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sr Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy web-based enterprise applications for our HRS Platform Team, with a strong emphasis on AI-assisted tooling and agentic development.

You will work across backend and frontend stacks, review requirements, write tests, and participate in code reviews, with a focus on scalable, secure software delivered with modern CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted engineering tools as part of regular workflow.
• Proven ability to design and implement web services and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain high-quality code that meets design specs.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily engineering work.
• Design, develop, test, and debug Web+AI-based enterprise applications.
• Lead or co-lead projects and design efforts as needed.
• Provide input for code refactoring and new tooling ideas.
