Job summary

Asurion in the United States is seeking a Senior/Principal Product Manager to lead Joy.ai—Asurion's AI-native tech concierge. You will own the agent, its orchestration across skills and tools, and the evaluation systems proving usefulness and trust.

This hands-on role requires shipping end-to-end capabilities that impact real customers. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, legal, and security teams to turn ambiguous household problems into prototypes and scalable agent

Qualifications

• Experience using customer evidence and product metrics to guide decisions.
• Hands-on AI agent development and prototyping.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration and eval systems.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into shipped features.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in 0-to-1 product development.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent's quality bar end-to-end, including eval harness.
• Define agent-to-agent orchestration and reliability.
• Ship AI agent capabilities across household journeys.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, design, and legal.
• Build prototypes and run evals for customer value.
