Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Experience with instrumentation, experimentation, and funnel/engagement analytics.
• Experience owning engagement, conversion, retention, or monetization metrics.
• Fluency with modern AI tools to prototype, analyze, write, test, or automate parts of product workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the Joy.ai engagement and monetization charter end-to-end across web and native platforms.
• Own free-to-paid conversion: design and ship activation, trial, and upgrade moments.
• Own proactive and personalized engagement: lifecycle/push, content prioritization, and context-driven actions.
• Build demos, measure results, run customer discovery, and partner on evals to meet quality and trust standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to grow a differentiated, monetizable concierge.
