Job summary

Asurion is seeking a seasoned product manager to lead Joy.ai's agent reasoning layer and drive orchestration across skills and tools. You will partner with engineering to define evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and observability to prove usefulness and trust.

You will rally teams around shipping breakthrough, dependable agent capabilities and own the product direction for AI-powered agent orchestration within a world-class tech care company focused on customers and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PM with 0-to-1 product experience and high agency with AI tools.
• Strong intuition for agent evaluation, orchestration, and reliability.
• Experience partnering with engineering on evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and observability.
