1mind is seeking an AI Product Manager for the Agents & Orchestration domain. This fully remote role can be worked from anywhere in the United States.

You will own the agent runtime, design multi-agent orchestration, and collaborate with the GenAI team to ship weekly releases that improve planning, memory, handoffs and trust. You will define platform APIs, data models, and admin experiences to empower enterprise customers and forward-deployed engineers to configure and tune agents.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping LLM-based agents to production.
• Ability to spec data models, state machines and API shapes.
• Strong writing and communication skills for PRDs and reports.

Aufgaben

• Own the agent runtime: planning, tool calls, memory reads/writes, guardrails.
• Design multi-agent orchestration across the customer journey and resolve conflicts.
• Turn GTM orchestrations into configurable plays with triggers, steps and human checkpoints.
• Build and own the eval harness for agent behavior and release gating dashboards.
• Define the platform surface: APIs, configurations and admin experiences for app-layer PMs.
• Lead weekly ship cadences with GenAI and engineering, with enablement and customer success.
• Draft specs engineers want to build from, and prototype in code or no-code tools.
