Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an experienced Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to shape enterprise semantic data products.

You will own strategy, governance, and adoption across business domains, partnering with IT and business leaders to deliver scalable data products that enable search, analytics, automation, and AI use cases. You will mentor a team of product managers and align definitions, data models, and APIs to enterprise standards, ensuring measurable value and governance

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in product management, especially data or data platform products.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise semantic data and connectivity.
• Define strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes across domains.
• Partner with business and IT to translate concepts into scalable data products.
• Lead data governance and standardized definitions across systems.
• Mentor product managers and drive adoption of semantic data assets.
