Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) is seeking an experienced AI Lead Manager to drive the semantic data product across the enterprise. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for semantic data and data connectivity, partnering with IT, business, and data leaders to standardize concepts and map relationships across systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, delivering data or data platform products.
• Experience leading teams or large programs (3+ years).
• Owns products end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, delivery, performance.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Lead data product ownership across business domains with measurable outcomes.
• Drive adoption, establish value proposition and success metrics for semantic layer products.
• Partner with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to translate business concepts into scalable implementations.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
