Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to drive the strategy and development of enterprise semantic data products.

You will partner with IT, business, and data leadership to create a reusable semantic foundation and govern core entities like customers, policies, and claims across systems. As product owner, you will define the roadmap, ensure adoption, and deliver measurable value through data-driven decisions and AI-enabled use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including data/platform products.
• Proven ability to lead teams and programs enterprise-wide.
• Experience owning products end-to-end with strategy, roadmap, and metrics.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Lead development of enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, and data models.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Drive adoption and value measurement across business units.
• Partner with data engineering, EA, and AI teams to implement scalable data products.
