Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including data/data platform products.
• 3+ years leading teams or enterprise programs.
• Proven track record owning products end-to-end including strategy, roadmap and performance.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on with enterprise data systems and integration initiatives.
• Ability to translate business concepts into structured data models.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems and governance.
• Experience enabling AI/ML or analytics use cases via well-structured data.
• Mentoring product managers or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data.
• Partnership with business and IT leaders to standardize data across systems.
• Position semantic data product as a customer-focused offering with clear outcomes and metrics.
• Evolve data definitions across domains to reduce fragmentation and support analytics and AI use cases.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to iteration and measure adoption and impact.
• Collaborate with data engineering, EA, and AI/ML teams to translate concepts into scalable implementations.
• Ensure data assets are governed, discoverable, and usable across teams.
