Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Lead - Semantic Layer to steer enterprise semantic data products and connect data across domains.

You will partner with IT, business, data, and architecture leaders to define a scalable semantic foundation that unifies definitions for customers, policies, and claims, enabling AI-driven search and analytics. You will mentor product managers, drive vision and adoption, and ensure governance and scalability while delivering measurable business value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or data-related field.
• 10+ years in product management with data or data platform focus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and programs enterprise-wide.
• Experience with ontologies, semantic data models, or knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on experience with data systems, platforms, or integrations.
• Ability to translate business concepts into structured data models and products.
• Strong understanding of data governance and cross-domain definitions.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise semantic data and data connectivity.
• Lead data product ownership across domains with clear owners and success metrics.
• Develop and evolve ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic data models.
• Collaborate with data engineering, EA, and AI teams to implement scalable data solutions.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Establish data standards, governance, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with stakeholders.
