Job summary

Arena Intelligence is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design for innovative AI evaluation features. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and research to explore, prototype, test, and ship high-impact experiences on our platform.

The role requires shaping product strategy, simplifying complexity, and delivering 0-1 products. You’ll influence design direction while building scalable systems and storytelling for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience for consumer- or developer-facing apps.
• Strong visual design craft with attention to detail and delight.
• Track record of shipping features and influencing product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of new features and products.
• Understand HXC needs and align design to business goals.
• Develop and expand design system for consistency across surfaces.
• Stay close to user feedback and analytics to guide priorities.
• Write and refine product requirements and specs.
• Drive culture and processes within the design team.
