Job summary

Gen's AI Foundry is seeking a senior designer to own end-to-end product design across multiple AI initiatives. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to shape consumer AI agents and patterns for future products.

The role requires 5+ years in product/UX design, experience with AI-powered interfaces, and a portfolio of shipped consumer apps. You will evolve Gen's Oxygen design system and drive trust, permissions, and agentic interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally including designing consumer-facing mobile or web applications.
• Experience designing AI-powered, conversational, or agentic product experiences is a strong plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating shipped consumer products and strong end-to-end design skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end to end product design for multiple zero to one initiatives across the AI Foundry portfolio, from concept through launch and iteration.
• Design core AI agent experiences, including conversational flows, in-app messaging, onboarding, and trust/permission moments.
