Fin is the AI Customer Agent company hiring a Pre-Sales Senior Engagement Manager. You will shape how Fin comes to life for customers—before contracts are signed—working with customers and our Sales team to define deployment approaches that launch fast and deliver early value.

You will design AI-powered solutions, translate requirements into clear SOWs, and ensure what we sell aligns with what we can deliver. This role blends technical insight with senior-level business communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in consulting, pre-sales, solutions, or customer success.
• Engaging both technical teams and senior executives.
• Proven track record in creating accurate, customer-ready SOWs.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with Sales to drive revenue.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS + AI automation, integrations, and change management best practices.
• AI-curious and hands-on, not afraid to challenge customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into clarity—lead services scoping with customers from Director to C-level and translate into a deployment path.
• Own the story in pre-sales—partner with Sales to position services and shape deals.
• Scope what success looks like by translating requirements into clear SOWs with scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Design AI-powered solutions and rethink customer experiences using AI to create value.
• Assess complexity and guide the right approach by evaluating workspace, migration, and integrations.
• Be the bridge—connect customer needs with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Improve the system by contributing to process improvements and scalable pre-sales deployment workflows.
