Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analysis, or a closely related role within financial services.
• Strong experience supporting wealth management, financial advisory, investment management, brokerage, or advisor-facing technology platforms.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional software engineering delivery teams.
• Practical exposure to AI in a product context, such as generative AI and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders and drive requirements through implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of data privacy, information security, and risk in financial services tech.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy: define priorities, roadmap, and deliver AI-powered capabilities aligned with business objectives.
• Requirements & Backlog Management: translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Wealth Management domain: apply advisor workflows and financial services knowledge to improve productivity and client experience.
• AI Product Enablement: support AI features including conversational AI and intelligent automation.
• Advisor Workflow Optimization: simplify processes and embed intelligent assistance into workflows.
• Agile Delivery: collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, data, and AI teams for timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate discussions and align on priorities and scope.
• AI Governance & Risk: coordinate with compliance, security, risk, and legal for controls and responsible AI.
• Testing & Acceptance: define criteria and validate outcomes.
• Product Analytics & Continuous Improvement: evaluate adoption and performance for roadmap decisions.
• Release & Change Management: plan releases and enable user adoption.
