Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Product Management leader with deep Wealth Management domain expertise to drive advisor/client platform experiences, onboarding, servicing, reporting, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will partner with engineering, data, UX, and operations to execute a modern, AI-first product strategy across onboarding, servicing, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.

The successful candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, interacting with executives while guiding delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related Product Management roles.
• Strong experience with advisor platforms, client portals, custodians, onboarding, servicing, and wealth reporting ecosystems.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise platforms in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, integrations, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred).
• Practical experience using GenAI / AI-enabled workflows within product, delivery, or operational teams.
• Ability to operate across strategy, product, technology, data, and execution.
• Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and executive presence.
