Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner with deep wealth management domain expertise to lead product strategy and delivery across complex financial services platforms.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting HNW/UHNW or private wealth businesses and understands the full wealth management lifecycle, including client and advisor experience, CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, trading, rebalancing, performance reporting, custody, and back-office operations.

This role will also help identify and develop AI and generative AI use cases across advisor, client, service, and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release planning.
• Translate business needs into clear product capabilities, workflows, and delivery requirements.
• Apply deep wealth management knowledge to guide product decisions and engineering teams.
• Work with client, household, account, position, transaction, cash flow, performance, and activity data.
• Use SQL, Excel, BI, and analytics tools to support discovery and product decisions.
• Identify and shape AI / GenAI use cases across wealth management workflows.
• Use AI tools for discovery, requirements, analysis, prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Rapidly prototype using AI, low-code/no-code, or design tools.
• Partner with business, design, architecture, engineering, data, QA, and operations teams.
• Lead workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, UAT, and release readiness.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination across onshore/offshore teams and multiple time zones.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, product ownership, consulting, or business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of wealth management or financial services experience.
• Strong experience with HNW/UHNW, private wealth, or investment management.
• Deep knowledge of wealth management products, workflows, and data.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, BI, analytics, or data exploration tools.
• Experience with AI/GenAI, rapid prototyping, and AI-enabled product development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery skills.
• Experience working with distributed/onshore-offshore teams.
