Search Atlas, a marketing platform built with AI from day one, is seeking a leader to own paid acquisition on Meta and Google. You will run campaigns personally, optimize CPA targets, and scale with AI agents handling routine tasks.

Expect rapid ownership and fast iteration in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years managing high-spend campaigns, deep Meta expertise, and a track record of CRO and landing page testing that lowers CPA.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years running Meta and Google campaigns yourself, at $100K+ a month.
• Deep Meta expertise. You know how to structure and scale a winning concept.
• Strong on Google search and Performance Max.
• You build your own agents or automations running on ads every week. You can explain how they work and fix them if they break.
• Agency side experience.
• SaaS or B2B with free trial or book a demo funnels.
• Strong with GA4, PostHog, ad platform reporting and spreadsheets.
• Landing page and creative tests that lowered CPA.

Aufgaben

• Own paid acquisition on Meta and Google campaigns. Build and run every campaign yourself.
• Run campaigns with AI agents doing real work and daily checks.
• Scale by moving spend to winners within CPA targets.
• Collaborate with the 4-person paid team and own results.
• Create landing pages and CRO tests; every test moves CPA.
• Track from first click to activation, CAC, payback and LTV.
• Launch ads for new products with zero history.
