Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of buy-side public markets investing experience (hedge fund, long-only fund, family office, or endowment).
• Experience contributing to a rigorous, process-driven strategy at a buy-side firm.
• Practical LLM workflow experience in equity research workflows (prompt/context engineering; structured extraction; error analysis).
• Experience programming, coding or working with data; collaborate with Engineering to build automated equity analysis features.
• Systematic, data-driven thinker with ability to translate research into repeatable strategies; focus on scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Convert equity research insights into scalable AI equity platform features for stock discovery, research, and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data into structured metrics and factors.
• Develop and evaluate sector-based factor models using fundamental research, statistics, and quantitative design.
• Oversee stock-picking models aligning to surface opportunities for retail investors and produce reports.
• Partner with Engineering to implement pipelines, establish back tests, and ship analysis features.
