You will help translate fundamental research into scalable software and models, collaborating with engineering and senior leadership in a high-autonomy environment.

The role emphasizes building machine-enabled research platforms, contributing to stock-picking models and AI-driven signals for individual investors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of buy-side public markets investing experience with a focus on long-term, fundamental analysis.
• Experience working with data and collaborating with engineering to design automated equity analysis features.
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative factors into repeatable investment theses.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to convert equity research insights into scalable AI equity research features for stock discovery and selection.
• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics and factors.
• Support development and evaluation of sector-based factor models using traditional research, statistics and quantitative design.
• Conduct deep research and initiate coverage on public equities across industries.
• Contribute to stock-picking models that surface opportunities for a retail investor audience and produce reports.
• Partner with Engineering to implement pipelines, backtests, and ship analysis features.
