Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Senior Document Automation Specialist to design and implement automated document generation and integrate Generative AI into workflows. You will work with attorneys and paralegals to deliver efficient, high-quality documents, including contracts and pleadings, while ensuring compliance and consistency across the firm.

You will stay current on AI developments, manage templates, and train colleagues to elevate firm-wide output.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, legal studies, or related field.
Minimum five years of document automation experience in legal environments.
Experience applying AI and automation to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated templates for contracts, pleadings, and client communications.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to gather requirements for automation.
Audit templates for accuracy and compliance with firm standards.
Identify gaps in workflows and drive process improvements.
Maintain and update templates reflecting branding and policy changes.
Train staff on automation tools and best practices.
