Job summary

Digitas seeks a proactive Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management - AI to help define, document, and deliver AI-powered products for agency operations and client projects. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative AI-driven features.

You’ll bring strong analytical and communication skills to requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and platform enhancements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years in Digital/Technical Product Management or Business Analysis, or supporting Digital/MarTech projects.
• Familiar with generative AI and related digital technologies; experience with AI tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Create and maintain product and functional documentation including requirements, user stories, process diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into user flows, data models, and analysis matrices with guidance from senior team members.
• Support Product and Engineering by communicating requirements, capturing technical feedback, and documenting product specs.
• Engage in agile ceremonies and provide progress updates on tasks and requirements.
