Job summary

Digitas North America seeks an Associate Director, Digital Product Management for AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape our bespoke generative AI platform. You will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features, manage operations, and ensure reliability.

You’ll lead agile teams, apply BDD/TDD, translate business needs into technical plans, monitor performance, and guide platform enhancements while staying current with AI and MarTech trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing/advertising tech landscape.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and APIs, agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Identify and recommend new features, functionalities, and integrations that align with platform goals.
• Stay current with generative AI and MarTech to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies, writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin formats.
• Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Oversee day-to-day management of agile development teams and sprints.
• Guide development best practices, coding standards, and agile processes.
• Support execution of product roadmap and delivery of new features on the platform.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight for new features and enhancements.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback.
• Support integration of new tools, APIs, and vendor solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep projects moving.
