Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe in Chicago, seeks a Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI, to support AI-powered product development and operations. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and deliver innovative AI-enabled features for agency and client projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience in Digital/Technical Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Foundational familiarity with generative AI and related digital technologies.
• Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, QA/test case support, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with agile project delivery and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support requirements gathering via research, interviews, and workshops.
• Create and maintain product and functional documentation (requirements, user stories, diagrams).
• Translate requirements into user flows, data models, and analysis matrices with team support.
• Assist Product and Engineering by clarifying requirements and documenting specifications.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide timely progress updates.
