Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe in Chicago, seeks a Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI, to support AI-powered product development and operations. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and deliver innovative AI-enabled features for agency and client projects.

You will help gather requirements, write clear user stories, assist with QA, and contribute to agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
2–4 years of industry experience in Digital/Technical Product Management or Business Analysis.
Foundational familiarity with generative AI and related digital technologies.
Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms is a strong plus.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, QA/test case support, and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience with agile project delivery and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support requirements gathering via research, interviews, and workshops.
Create and maintain product and functional documentation (requirements, user stories, diagrams).
Translate requirements into user flows, data models, and analysis matrices with team support.
Assist Product and Engineering by clarifying requirements and documenting specifications.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide timely progress updates.
