Digitas North America is seeking a proactive Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI to support the development and delivery of AI-powered and digital products for agency operations and client projects. You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements, document solutions, and drive feature lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2–4 years in Digital/Technical Product Management or Business Analysis.
Familiarity with generative AI and related digital technologies.
Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI or Claude is a plus.
Experience gathering requirements, QA support, and stakeholder collaboration.
Experience with agile delivery and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders.
Create and maintain product and functional documentation.
Translate requirements into user flows and data models.
Support engineering by clarifying requirements and documenting specs.
Participate in agile ceremonies and provide progress updates.
Assist QA by reviewing test cases and tracking defects.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, QA, and account leads on feature development.
Conduct guided research on generative AI and related tech.
Draft prompt instructions and AI agent workflows.
Stay current on trends in AI and MarTech.
Prepare concise progress updates and materials for varied audiences.
