Job summary

Digitas is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Product Management for AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape our bespoke generative AI platform. You will work with cross-functional teams to create AI-powered solutions for clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical plans and ensuring reliable, scalable tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technology roles, supporting cross-functional development teams in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and digital marketing/advertising tech landscape.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and/or software development processes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify and recommend new features, functionalities, partnerships, and integrations that align with platform goals and client needs.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies, writing acceptance criteria using Gherkin formats.
• Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Oversee day-to-day management of agile development teams and sprint activities.
• Guide development best practices, coding standards, and agile processes.
• Support execution of the product roadmap and delivery of new features on the platform.
