Job summary

Digitas is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager, Digital Product Management – AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape and advance our bespoke generative AI platform. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions for our agency and clients.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features, manage daily operations, and ensure the reliability and scalability of our AI tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development teams in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, machine learning, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms, tools, and the digital marketing/advertising technology landscape.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and/or software development processes and standards.
• Familiarity with web/application APIs.
• Experience supporting product or platform development in agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and support technical delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify and recommend new features, functionalities, integrations aligning with platform goals and client needs.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies, write acceptance criteria using Gherkin-style formats.
• Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Day-to-day management of agile development teams, including stand-ups and sprints.
• Ensure teams follow best practices, coding standards, and agile processes.
• Partner with Product Managers to support roadmap execution and feature delivery on the platform.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for new features.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback for enhancements.
• Support integration of tools, APIs, and vendor solutions with architects and infra teams.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, and resolve blockers to keep projects moving.
