Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Product Management – AI to help define, document, and deliver AI-powered digital products for agency operations and client projects.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders to gather requirements, write documentation, and translate them into flows and data models, while supporting agile delivery and QA efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of Digital/Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or related MarTech projects.
• Familiarity with generative AI and related technologies.
• Exposure to AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, QA/test case support, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and product teams.
• Create and maintain product and functional documentation (requirements, user stories, diagrams).
• Translate requirements into user flows and data models with team support.
• Support Product and Engineering by clarifying requirements and documenting specs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and provide progress updates.
• Assist QA by reviewing test cases and tracking defects.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure user and business needs are met.
• Research best practices and AI tool evaluations for feature exploration.
• Draft, test, and refine AI prompts and agent workflows with teams.
• Stay current on generative AI, MarTech, and digital product trends.
