LinkLive CX is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as the trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, translating complex technical capabilities into business solutions that build buying confidence. This fully remote role sits at the center of the sales process, enabling win rates and long-term success across regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or related technical consulting roles with enterprise software.
• 5+ years in contact centers, digital customer engagement, telephony, IVR, or related technologies.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted tooling for solution documentation, knowledge base creation, or RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and product evaluations across mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into tailored demonstrations and technical solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Design and deliver customized product demos reflecting each customer's technical environment.
• Participate in RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales on deal strategy, positioning, and technical validation throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs from pre-sales to implementation and onboarding.
