Prime Team Partners is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer, AI Platforms, to help enterprise customers deploy and scale an advanced AI analytics platform. You will work with developers, AI platform teams, architects, and executives to ensure successful adoption and measurable outcomes.

This highly consultative, customer-facing role requires technical aptitude, clear communication, and the ability to translate business goals into technical actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success engineering or similar role.
• Experience bridging customers and engineering teams in enterprise software.
• Strong API, cloud platform, and deployment knowledge.
• Ability to review code and troubleshoot Python/TypeScript workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise onboarding programs from kickoff to adoption.
• Act as primary technical advisor for strategic accounts.
• Configure and optimize AI applications, agents, and workflows.
• Plan deployments, validation, and ongoing success.
• Troubleshoot issues via logs, telemetry, and API responses.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve adoption.
• Develop playbooks, docs, and enablement materials.
• Conduct technical workshops and executive reviews.
• Define governance and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for expanded adoption and long-term success.
